This paper tackles a key challenge in using artificial intelligence (AI) to predict liposome drug release: the lack of reliable, and standardised data. To address this, we present the first open-access local database collected from the literature, covering liposome drug release tests and formulations. We also propose data standards and a database structure to support consistency across studies. Our aim is to improve data access and transparency, making it easier to develop accurate AI models for predicting drug release and critical quality attributes, to speed up nanomedicine development.
