Details on the paper from Daniel: “Using the database, we developed a machine learning (ML) workflow to speed up the design of drug release tests for liposomes. This work was published in RSC Digital Discovery.Currently, the factors that control how drugs are released from liposomes and other nanomedicines are not well understood, which slows down the development and approval of new therapies. Our ML workflow helps to better understand these complex drug release dynamics and provides a predictive tool to guide the design of liposome drug release tests. This approach could also be applied to other types of nanomedicines."
